Check the Recently Deleted folder in your Photos App. If they are not there then they are not going to be recoverable from the photos app.

If you were/are using iCloud for Photos and the photos are deleted and not in the Recently Deleted folder then they are gone for good.

If you were NOT using iCloud AND have a computer backup of your iPhone, from the time when those photos existed, then you can restore your iPhone from that backup file.
