Photo recovery

I deleted pictures on my iPhone and deleted them from recently deleted but my back up is on is there any way to recover those without using a computer

Your backup isn't on the phone its either thru itunes or icloud like this How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

then you do this to recover them Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

However if you were using this Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support read part of backup.
