I deleted my disk and can’t reinstall

I deleted my disk in internet recovery when trying to factory reset and now I can’t reinstall mac os no matter what i do and i’m panicking i’ve ruined my macbook. Help please

Don't panic!


  1. Boot into Recovery by holding down Command-R on startup.
  2. Select the option to install (or reinstall) macOS
  3. Once that's done, if you have a Time Machine backup, you can opt to migrate your files from that to the Mac.
