Follow the steps in this support document to put the device into Recovery Mode. It is not unusual for it not to get into Recovery Mode on the first try, so you may have to try more than once. If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
The device is disabled, which is what the directions I provided you with are for. You need to restore the iPhone.
