Need assistance immediately, unable to use my iTunes credits for some reason

Contact iTunes Support team and ask them.

Use this link (choosing: your country, then Apple ID, then iTunes & App Store. If your problem is not among the options shown there, tap/click on the option “the topic is not listed” and describe your issue):--> iTunes Store & App Store – Get support for various issues

Not a helpful reply , my account is locked out and apparently have to wait while I’m in a time sensitive event this weekend , lost over $900 so far in prizes thanks to iTunes and it’s safety protocols and slow action to sort out their issue from the fraud department, #losingmoneyandtimefromapple

This is what I mean , instead of looking up my case you guys just make random useless comments that we can work out without help , how about unlocking my account so I can make purchases and put some points up in the event I’m meant to be doing that’s finishing in 24hrs!!!
