iCloud storage

I bought the 2.99$ GB plan for my iPhone 11 Pro Max after my storage got full from the 64 GB one. But, I still can’t download any new apps because “my storage is full”. I mean I literally have over 100 GB of storage left. Wtf Apple?

That message is referring to your device's storage being full, not your iCloud storage. Therefore -
