I've been trying to set up an exchange email on my iphone11 and it keeps telling me my information can not be verified. I know my info is correct, I need this email account on my phone, please help. Thank you

Regardless, if this is an employer-provided email service, you will need to work with your employer's IT department for assistance with this ... especially if either they provided you with this phone or support employee-owned phones for work purposes.

By Exchange account, are you referring to one that you are provided by your employer or a private one that is a Microsoft Hotmail, Live, or Outlook account?
Regardless, can you successfully access this email account via a web browser? That is, can you log into your Microsoft account successfully?
It is one provided by my employer, it is an exchange outlook account
I had this account on my iphone 6s, and just upgraded, and can't get this on my new phone. Also I am not very tech savy lol
Check with your Exchange Administrator at work. It may be they have restrictions as to the number of devices you can have associated with your account. They can straighten that out.
