How do I uninstall Adobe Flash Player?

I tried following Adobe's guide, I am running Mojave 10.14.6 and I downloaded the uninstaller for versions 10.3 and earlier. When I attempt to run the uninstaller, it says it cannot uninstall on this type of Mac. My Mac is a Retina 5K 27" 2017 3.4 GHz Core i5 40 GB of 2400 MHz DDR4, SSD-250 and Radeon Pro570 4 GB.

Having problems uploading images to my FB groups, was working fine last week, I guess its the EOL thing with Adobe Flash?

You grabbed the wrong installer for the instructions provided, and snagged the version for macOS 10.3 and earlier. Visit this Adobe FlashPlayer uninstall link again, and download the correct, selected uninstaller in the following image:

I went to Adobe's web page and followed their instructions, sitting on my desktop is Uninstall_flash_player_osx_10.2.dmg and when I doublers click it, it flashes for a split second but nothing else seems to happen. I've even shut down, waited a couple of minutes and rebooted.

And the problem still exists with Facebook... can't upload any pictures even downsized ones. However, if I share a picture with my iPhone or iPad I can upload that same picture to FB no problem. Sounds like something to do with the iMac only?
