Is there any extra charge for purchasing app

Suppose i am purchasing app of ₹700 so is there any extra charge other than ₹700. And if we remove payment method after purchasing so is there any problem

There might be an extra charge if there are taxes on purchases where you live.

There shouldn't be a problem, but see the 2nd article below.
