Rebooting my phone

I have been having trouble trying to reboot my mother’s phone. It will not connect to iTunes (I just installed the newest version) to reset the phone. When I use the phone to connect diagnostics it asked me to go to a website for help. So how can I reset the iPhone 11 with or without losing any information on the phone?

Hello,

Start here:

If your computer doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

The existing information can generally be retained. However, if if needs a factory reset, you'll have to restore from a backup at the end of the process.

Good luck.
