My AirPods are stuck in pairing mode and won’t reset any tips on how to fix this

Can you provide a little more information around the pairing issue? Which device are you trying to connect the AirPods to? Also are you using AirPods, AirPods Pro?
I’m currently using the Airpods pro the problem is when I open the case the light flashes white indicating that it’s in paring mode but won’t pair to any of my Apple devices.
My AirPods pro are stuck on pairing mode and won’t reset I have tried to to connect them to all my devices but no luck.
