Typically, you have 60 days to purchase AppleCare+ for your AirPods.


If you’re in that time frame, and you can’t purchase it, I recommend you contact a representative from Apple here: https://support.apple.com/


If you didn’t purchase your AirPods from Apple, they could be missing the date of purchase, which is needed for AppleCare+.
