My aunt locked herself out of her new phone.

My aunt locked herself out of her new phone. We can not get passed the password screen, anyway we can factory reset this?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If it is the lock screen passcode, follow the instructions in: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
