A message came up on my iPhone saying threat detected clicked on it said Trojan virus. What do I do?

Dismiss it; it's a scam. There's no such thing as a Trojan virus, and except in response to manually uploading a file, no way for a website to tell there's malware on a macOS or iOS system.
