The person stole funds from my Venmo and also tried to hack bank account. Both accounts were frozen.
That has nothing to do with your phone. It probably also has nothing to do with the weak security on your WiFi either.
Venmo's security and authentication system is almost non-existent. Take it up with Venmo, your bank, and the police.

Your phone can't be "hacked by weak security router". What makes you think your phone was compromised?

So, what you're saying is that your Venmo account was hacked. You'll need to discuss that with the folks at Venmo. And with your bank. That has nothing to do with either your iPhone or your router.
I have already discussed it with Venmo and the bank. I just want to ensure my iPhone is now secure after resetting it to factory settings.
In all likelihood, it was never 'not secure' to begin with.
Your phone was not the vehicle for your account being hacked.
