how to pair and use two Echo dots
I have two amazon echo dots. How can I pair these two devices in order to have one operate in bedroom and other in bonus room of home?

You do not pair them. You have to keep both Echo Dots under the same Amazon account that you have. The commands to use is Drop in, Announce and play music on both Dots to name a few. Study the guide(s) that may have come with the Echo Dot(s). There is plenty of information on what you are asking by checking / searching information on Google.
