Hello,
my friend recently broke his phone and he was trying to get it replaced but he was told that he has to turn off find my iPhone first but the screen is broken. We tried to hook the phone up to the laptop to try to do it that way but when he signed in, his device doesn't show up. Is their any way he can turn the feature off so he can get his phone replaced?
