All of Apple's current MacBook Pros use only USB-C ports. The last MacBook Pro that included USB-A ports was made in 2015.

The last MacBook Air that used USB-A ports was made in 2017.

Extremely unlikely, since no Macs are actually assembled in-store, but hey, might be worth a shot. If you succeed let me know!

If you want a custom build, you need to order it online. Stores only have stock builds and right now, most stores do not allow shopping and ordering - only pick ups or repairs.
