I can not remember my lock screen passcode. I dont have a computer or laptop how can I get in my phone?

You will need to restore the phone using a computer. Perhaps a friend with a computer could help. If not, make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for assistance. The process will erase the device, but you can restore your data using a recent back-up. Instructions in this link...
