Iphone 11 battery health reached 94% in 3 months .

Hey, I bought iphone 11 on 16th oct, 2020 and my battery health has already reached 94% . I am worried that it is defective. What should I do?

Nothing.

It's what all batteries do when used.

Charge it when not in use.
