I can't find the answer anywhere, I just changed the internet provider and I have a new router with a new wifi name and password, which are ridiculously complicated. I have no idea how to change neither the wifi password nor the name... Please help.

You should contact your internet provider and have them help you through the process.
A WiFi password has to be changed in the router. Your ISP can explain how.
I thought this was a cause of the device, not the internet provider. I think that on my older MacBooks it was a case of changing it somewhere in the settings, but I don't have the best memory, so maybe I'm wrong :p
