As we all know that we can distribute the photos on to the Albums, but the photos that we have already sent to Albums are still available on the main photos tab, so is any option that we can remain the photos only on their own albums without making a copy on the main photos tab ?

Sorry, no. However, if you aren't already aware, note that they do not take up extra storage -- there is just one photo that is displayed multiple ways.
