I have the iPhone 7 Plus
whenever I go to install the update it starts to load but never updates

try going to settings>general>reset>and reset network settings.

what if I reset network settings. Does that mean I Will loose all my network information and begin from scratch?
it means you will have to enter your Wifi password again.
