Arcade - not allowing me to play on new iPad

Got a new iPad yesterday. I have an arcade subscription on another device, but it keeps taking me back to the subscription page when I try to play a game. Anyone else had this issue.


I have tried subscribing again but it just says I’ve already subscribed and sends me back to the main page.
