I can’t send pictures off of my iPhone to anyone and I can’t receive pictures either I’ve restarted it and it started it again and it still not working two days already

Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ MMS Messaging : Ensure that it is set to ON.

I did that and it's still not working it says message cannot be sent and right now I'm talking on my Samsung phone not my iPhone
Please contact your carrier and ask about this issue and ensure that they have enabled MMS on your account.
