I have thousands of photos in different folders in icloud. I want to move all of them to photos. Can I do this movement at the cloud level? I did download all of these photos on my mac and import them to photos, and the photos started uploading these to cloud again. This takes ages. There must be a way to move these photos at the cloud from icloud to photos.
