Free Apple TV with iPhone 12 PromMac

Just purchased iPhone 12 Pro Max that comes with 1 year free Apple TV - have tried several times but the promotion does not appear on the Apple TV app only the 7 days free etc. Any suggestions?

Free APPLE TV with Iphone Hey, looks like I have a similar issue to many others. I recently purchased a new Iphone and was offered by O2 free Apple TV for 12 months and after trying many options on the APP, TV and Mac i am still unable to find the free option?
