Blinking light on an unresponsive Apple TV 4K. How do I clear this?

First try disconnecting from power for a minute or two. Then start up again.

If the issue persists, then the system software may have to be re-installed. Unfortunately, for the 4K model, you will need assistance from Apple for this. Restore your Apple TV - Apple Support
