Why not update iOS 13 in iPhone 6

Hello Karan,

Unfortunately, your iPhone 6 can only be updated up to iOS 12.5.1 as you already know. Your iPhone 6 does meet the hardware requirements to run iOS 13/14. It does not have enough RAM to run iOS 13/14 efficiently (Note that iOS 13 is no longer available for updates). You will need a newer iPhone to get the latest udpates.
