Refund Payment Please

I had already canceled subscription but Spelling bee have charged 12900 on 12 Feb 21 kindly cancelled my subscription and refund RS: 12900 my payment i didn’t want to subscribe this app plz.

The transaction details are given below: 

Transaction Date: 14/Feb/2021 

Merchant Name: APPLE.COM/BILL 

Transaction Amount: PKR- 12,900.00

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
