I cant view my home videos in the apple t library anymore?

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

Are you trying for Home Sharing from a home-networked computer, or are you trying for home videos in iCloud?

Home Sharing videos are found in the Computers app on Apple TV, not in the TV app.
