Error message for podcast uploaded from buzzsprout

I am trying to upload a podcast using podcast connect. The podcast validates with no issues. After I submit I then get an error message via email - shown below. It says there is a an error, but it does not tell me what the error is. I clicked the links in the email and they were not helpful. In podcast connect the status shows "submitted for review". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The only error I can see in the feed is that your 'link' tags are empty - there is one in the top section of the feed and one within the 'item' tag for your episode. This should contain the URL of your associated website. I don't know whether its absence is sufficient to cause a rejection. CastFeedValidator complains that you are using a Cloudfare service, which they say is not compatibe with podcasting. This may be to do with Buzzsprout's hosting, though they've been around a long time and I would have thought they would be OK.

However as you passed the initial validation, it may be an issue over content. Your episode is mostly speech, with a little music at the start which doesn't sound as if it's from a copyrighted source - did you make it yourself? If it's from a published CD or similar source this is not allowed. if you made it yourself you could add a comment to this effect in the description. I didn't listen to the episode so I don't know whether you have breached any of the guidelines as to content: go to https://help.apple.com/itc/podcasts_connect/#/itc1723472cb

and click on 'Content requirements' to see the sort of thing which might cause problems.
