I BOUGHT A SERIES 1 APPLE WATCH FROM SOMEONE AND IT HAS A ACTIVATION LOCK ON IT AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO BYPASS IT

You can't bypass it.
If the seller can't or won't remove the activation lock, return it and get your money back. If you can't do that, turn it over to the police. There is a very real chance it's stolen.
