the payment is done but the storage is still the same .... where is the problem?

If you do not see the upgrade try different ways --> https://support.apple.com/HT204247 --> See how much iCloud storage you're using


You can also try restarting your device.


If you still have problems, click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product.


Worldwide iTunes support - https://support.apple.com/country-selector/itunes
