Hi, my credit card was recently charged £2.49. ‘Apple bill record shops’. I do not remember making this purchase. Please advise.

It does not seem to be a purchase made in iTunes or app store.
That would look like this:

If not you should contact your bank and explain that you see charges you don't recognize
