You will need to restore from a backup made before you upgraded to Big Sur. How you do this depends on how you backup your system. If you don't have a backup, then backup your data now so you don't lose the data.
You may also need to create a bootable macOS 10.15 Catalina USB installer using these instructions:

While booted from the USB installer launch Disk Utility and click on "View" and select "Show All Devices" so that the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility. Select the physical drive and erase it as GUID partition and APFS (top option). After properly erasing the physical drive you can quit Disk Utility and select "Install macOS" to install Catalina.
