If it is an Apple address, the password is the same as your Apple ID password.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.

If it isn't an Apple address, go to your email provider's web site and look for a reset password option.
