Missing “allow tracking” toggle for an app

I have an app, Real Racing 3 that requires tracking to be allowed to be able to sign in to Facebook. When I go to the settings page for RR3 in iOS there is no toggle to allow tracking. I have allow tracking enabled under the Privacy setting.

I have reset Tracking and Location in iOS, to no avail.

I have reinstalled the game. Support from the game developers just tell me to enable allow tracking, but I have no toggle to do that.

Enclosed are two images, what I have and what should be there.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

I went to General -Reset-Erase all settings and content and set the iPad up as a new device. When I installed Real Racing 3 I got the notification asking to allow tracking and then everything was fine. It didn’t take very long to reset it back up.

Theres a YouTube video of a less drastic way of fixing the problem. I’d obviously try this first lol
