iPhone battery randomly shuts off then comes back with 0% battery.

My iPhone X randomly shuts off 3 - 5 minutes prior to using the phone. When it opens back up I have 0% left and then after 3 - 5 minutes it shuts off again and shows an apple logo, then boots back up again. I’ve seen a post about this but no one seems to have a solution. I think it’s either the software version which is 14.4.1 or the battery. But the battery health is 85%. And sometimes when I go to check, it says unable to determine battery health. 85% is the last thing I remember. Should I get a battery replacement?
