You get Wi-Fi.

Coffee shop, Fast Food Restaurant, Library, Apple Store, Hotel, a Wi-Fi offered by your cellular provider, etc.

A Mi-Fi probably will work, if your cellular carrier offers those. A hot-spot probably won’t work.
