Installing macOS Sierra on a 2016 MacBook Pro

I reset my MacBook Pro to sell it with command & R keys, when attempting to go through the prompts after & installing the macOS Sierra it lets me get to everything but selecting the disk. The install tab is not high lighted I’m lost

You need to first launch Disk Utility and erase the whole physical drive as GUID partition and MacOS Extended (Journaled) before selecting the "Install macOS" option. The physical drive should appear something like "Apple SSD ....".
