Download them again. They are tied to the ID and not the device.

Your apps will be re-downloaded to your new iPhone once you have signed in using your Apple ID, are on Wi-Fi, and plugged in to power.

hav big same issue & ive already signed in on same ID as suggested& still not working. Also says no service most of the time on new Device
