$14.99 was charged from Apple to my card and I’ve already ended the subscription

Why was this charged after I’ve canceled the service.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.


If you cancelled it less than 24 hours before renewal time, the charge is for the next subscription period. Otherwise, only they will know.
