My phone was stolen & I do not have find my iPhone turn on. How do I go about finding it's location?

if Find My is not turned on, you will not be able to locate it using Find My
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
You would have to see it using your eyes. Or perhaps you can telephone its number and hear it ring.
Of course, if a stranger stole it, you will never find it.
