This is when apple will recommend that you get your battery replaced. If you are still within your one year warranty, or under your apple care two year warranty, then your battery replacement should be free. If you are out of warranty then your battery replacement will be $49 plus tax for iPhone 8 and below, or $69 plus tax for iPhone X and above. To get your battery replaced you can make a Genius Bar appointment at a apple store, or you can send in your phone to be repaired online you can make a appointment for both on the apple support page(https://getsupport.apple.com/).
