Have you followed basic troubleshooting steps such turning the device off and on again?
Also check your cellular settings. You can first turn off Cellular Data, and then turn it on after a few seconds.
Try and reinsert your SIM card. Take out your SIM card and reinsert it.
you can also try reset Network Settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
