When trying to delete apps from Apple Watch, the green slide won’t move so I can delete it. Any suggestions?

On the phone;
Tap on screen time.
Then content and privacy settings
Then iTunes and App Store purchases
Then deleting apps set this to allow.
Install apps set this to allow.
