AirPods Pro are flashing red

What happens when the airpods are flashing red and why cant my case switch off the green light why does it stay on when its not even charging

AirPods Pro Case My AirPods Pro case stays stuck on green all the time no matter what I do. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing helps. Because it stays on green, it won't charge my AirPods and therefore they can't pair with my iPhone. It's not flashing green. It's a constant green light. Please help me understand what is happening here. Thanks.
