Hi!
My Apple Watch series 3 pauses mid training for no reason at all. this is realy anoying as i have to keep a close eye on the watch during training.
It is updated to the latest software and i can not find any info that helps me on this subject anywere else.
Anyone know what i can do?

Make sure the watch band is snug but not too tight and don't wear the watch on top of any tattoos,also if your sleeve catches on the 2 side buttons this will also pause the workout.
