Go to your home screen and scroll right until you find the App Library.

Inside, you can find all the apps that are installed on your iPhone. If you want an app back on the home screen, long press and drag it back to the home screen.

You can also search for it in Spotlight. Once on the home screen, swipe down from the center of the screen to bring up Spotlight, and search for the app.

If you have deleted an app, it can be downloaded again in the App Store.
